The plumber sent (Tommy) was excellent but this system is double dipping. You already pay Rated People who are supposed to find tradesmen. You then also pay plumbernow to find the tradesman. So the guy that does the work receives a fraction of what you pay. Rated people should NOT be letting similar "job finding" firms to be on site. Essentially requiring Joe public to pay two finder fees.

I have been doing plumbing and heating since 2013 I started when I was 19 just doing boilers and radiators, the last 5-6 years I’ve mainly been doing bathrooms and I love them got a great little team together including a joiner and electrician we still do all aspects of the job, I did plumbing at chesterfield collage, I didn’t start that until I was 23 with 16-17 year olds I became the second teacher in our class Get a bathroom fitted from howarth heating you won’t look back for sure ???? The work was to replace a toilet flush. Mr Aslam was friendly and replied quickly. When he arrived he said the work would cost more than originally quoted. I was not home personally to check his work, to my detriment. The toilet was left detached from the wall be around 3 cm. 8 weeks later that toilet is leaking. I was really disappointed when Mr Aslam said because of the amount of time passed he would not return without charging me a call out fee and for any new work. Very disappointed and unsatisfied
