Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We’ll definitely have Shah back for the next phase of our renovation when we’re ready!

We got Kingston Surrey Construction in to undertake a full ensuite refurbishment after too many leaks and drips over the years. They provided a competitive quote and were available to undertake the work quickly to suit our needs. They worked at a steady pace with a focus on doing it right rather than doing it quickly. I had a boiler service carried out by Rob and he did an excellent job. He went the extra mile by checking my smoke alarm and gas hob to make sure everything complies with gas safety standards. I was also experiencing low pressure in one of the showers, and he took the time to check that as well. Overall, Rob did a fantastic job.

Georgi was very efficient and got the job done quickly and to a great standard. He updated me with images and even went back to the property to help my tenant with her concerns. Will definitely use Georgi again as he was reliable.
I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.
