Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Disappointing .. aesthetically radiator looks great but the heating system kept loosing pressure after the install, had to be adjusted through the boiler. It was fine before the replacement. The guy, who came back to look at it once but it kept on happening. They were due to carry out a boiler serviced 3/4 days later and fix the pressure at the same time but they never showed up. I have had to rectify the pressure myself as they did not go round the house and look at each radiator. Wouldn't use again
