Guy rang up and arranged a time and date to survey and quote. Waited for over an hour. Rang him twice then gave up, so rang him a third time and told him not to bother. Wasted my time which I took off of work.

He said he could do work done 2 days just up and left and said he would text me Thursday and would come on Friday and now I am left with work half done as he said he has right to council contract at any time so if I was anyone on here I would not hire as he is a con man I have contacted trading standers as he as used all my pipes and half done work and now saying we have threaten him he meant to have recorded but can't prove it so I would not hire as he told me he could do it but cause another job has call

He quoted £100,000 to do the job in 6 weeks & promised it would be stress free, At 12 weeks in He was told I no longer wanted him to complete the job as I received an electric shock from a socket that was left as a bare cable protruding from the wall. He blamed everybody else then fired the only two decent builders as he held them responsible. Even though I had paid the third stage payment a day previous, I was too distressed and my health was declining due to the anxiety and stress he had caused. Avoid!!

Lee booked me in to do the work on 3 occasions over a period of 2 weeks and didn't turn up for any of them! They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now.
