Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.

Andrey did a fantastic job replacing our broken shower base, rewaterproofing, retiling with travertine tiles & fitting a new door. Laurentiu was polite and professional. Hired to replace a shower unit and screen. The work was not completed to a satisfactory result. The shower unit was fitted but not the shower screen. The work took too long even with the matierials supplied. I am now left without a showerscreen and an exposed water pipe that was originally enclosed. The showerscreen could've been fitted in my opinion but Laurentiu refused to fit it claiming it would leak. I now have to find another tradesperson to fit it.
