Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. I hired him for a toilet job and paid upfront, but he failed to complete the work and disappeared with my money. After many attempts to contact him, I had to take legal action. The plumbing in my house is from the 1950s and wasn’t an easy fix but despite this he got around it with persistence and dealt with the leak efficiently and effectively.
