Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Stewart is punctual and polite. He did a very good job of installing our new toilet and fixing the leak in the pipe. He was happy to take away the old toilet and cabinet to dispose of.
