Despite knowing the extreme urgency from day one—and being reminded constantly—he left a basic door replacement unfinished for over 10 days! His complete disregard for commitments, endless no-shows, and excuses left tenants without basic security, forcing a tenant to move out. What little work he did was crooked cuts, no trim, poor installation of fire elements. The doors he brought were also of lower quality. Poor skill and no respect for the job promised.

Dan did an amazing job installing and removing a washing machine at my second floor flat in Crouch End. He did such an excellent job, provided new fittings for old ones that had perished, single handedly carried the old machine down the stairs?! and completed all works quickly, carefully and for the lowest quote. Richard did a superb job in putting up shelves, coat rails and curtains for us. He was bang on time, efficient and an absolute pro.
