Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. If possible I wouldn’t give him any stars at all. The quality of his work was appalling. The work covered upgrade of the bathroom and replacement of 4-off central heating radiators. Faults included :- - misalignment of bathroom wall panels and shower screen - The shower hot water tap isn’t working - Toilet pan isn’t supported and is leaking - The central heating isn’t working because the new radiators haven’t been balanced - Drawers in the bathroom cabinet have been cut in the wrong place.
