Keith and team did an excellent job replacing a rotten window sill and repairing some rot in the window frame. From minute one Keith had a “Can-do” attitude and was confident a high quality repair would be possible when many others before immediately said the entire window needed replaced. C&W building did a terrific job of installing a downstairs cloakroom for me. Wayne and his assistants were extremely professional but also polite and friendly. They always turned up when expected and endeavoured to carry out the work with the least disruption possible.
I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

Awful, unprofessional and intrusive, didn't turn up when expected, took 2 months to finish job and double charged an extra 40% on top estimates. Just wanted the job finished, definitely not worth the money! Will be placing compliant directly with rated people website.
