Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Danial is reliable and gets the job done no matter the obstacles. The plumbing in my house is from the 1950s and wasn’t an easy fix but despite this he got around it with persistence and dealt with the leak efficiently and effectively. He keeps you updated, communicates well, keeps the prices transparent and fair. He is definitely a keeper!
Our quote was higher than others as we quoted to coat the stairs three times with a high quality varnish because they were in such a bad way, however the customer did not want to pay for this so we kindly matched the other quote, and this was only to put one coat of mid range varnish on. As with all previously painted low grade pine to achieve a good even finish you need to build on the layers and this customer did not want to pay for this. On finishing this job we had advised the customer that additional coats were needed and offered to do them at a reduced price. The flooring as mentioned by the customer is good and we also matched a lower quote for this.

Stewart is punctual and polite. He did a very good job of installing our new toilet and fixing the leak in the pipe. He was happy to take away the old toilet and cabinet to dispose of. The price he charged was very reasonable. I will definitely be asking him to return to do plumbing jobs here in the future.
