Lee - he’s a top guy who knows his stuff. Problem was diagnosed quickly and resolved immediately - no fuss! Price was fair. Would recommend without hesitation.
David
Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We’ll definitely have Shah back for the next phase of our renovation when we’re ready!

Viktor was punctual, professional, and efficient, completing the job with great attention to detail. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for skilled and reliable work. Placed advert Thursday. Contacted same day by Mike with a view to coming out and quoting next day. Came on time priced the job on Friday and arranged to start work on the Tuesday. Mike worked with his son Silas. What a really nice pair. Genuine, polite and got on with the job even though I asked for a few tweaks along the way. Both very old school and worked at their own pace - happy with work carried out and will use them again. Reasonable price too.

Thank you for your response. With regard to budget the category "up to £100" is the lowest limit one can specify on this site, with regard to VAT there was never any suggestion that this should not be paid. My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.
My name is Chris Love and I am the proprietor of LOVE Building & Property Maintenance. We are a small family based company who pride ourselves not only on our workmanship, but the whole service we provide for our customers.

Co-joined roofs are complex, Chris's help & advice with both insurance & neighbours; rights & responsibilities was invaluable. Highly qualified to degree level with an up to date understanding of pertinent legals & building regs, their service is credible & quality driven. Quick, tidy & business like, Chris came in under his quote. I shall always use Chris & his team in the future I have no hesitation in recommending them.

AF Building&Maintenance Ltd was formed in 2015 by Arek Fleszer, who has 22 years experience in the construction industry. It is a small, friendly and thriving company. We have completed a number of contracts with various multinational and local companies.
Arek gave us a fair quote and worked with us for a suitable start date. Arek, Kris and Gutek were lovely, friendly and polite. Nothing was too much trouble and did a fantastic job of the work we needed doing even going beyond to ensure a good finish. Absolute pleasure to have them here for 7-8 weeks. Trustworthy, professional and clean. Would absolutely recommend Arek and his team. We'll certainly be asking him back when we have the garden to do. 5*
With over 20 years tiling experience between us, specialising in all aspects of tiling from kitchen splash backs to full wet rooms. We are a small local and friendly business, offering a wide range of services to complete most projects. We like to provide customers with a good standard of workmanship, and a tiling service which is friendly, reliable and clean. Were more than happy for you to call for a free quote (but please note, a visit to see the job is a must, as it is impossible to provide and accurate and thorough quote over the phone). Time needs to be spent working on preparation. The positioning (layout) of the tiles is very important. Tiling is all about aesthetics & balance. Its worth knowing that we can provide a complete bathroom service, including plumbing and Electrical work. Please note that we have public liability insurance. Please also note that when purchasing tiles you must buy an extra 10%. This is to allow for cuts & wastage. Waste disposal is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed prior to the job being undertaken. In most cases we are 'local' to you & you can always contact us via mobile/landline/email Public liability insurance is with a company called 'Simply Business'. Further details can be provided on request. Please remember, there are certain things you should/should not do in tiling. We do not cut corners. We do things the correct way (even if it takes us longer to complete the job). As a result, we will only tile a surface that is suitable for tiling onto. We, at times, have had to turn down jobs where customers want me to tile unstable or unsuitable surfaces. You will notice that VAT is not included in the pricing. So please do not ask for a VAT exempt price. VAT is paid on all materials purchased for the job. We will provide a breakdown of services offered. There should be no shocks when it comes to payment time.. Ask the tiler questions about the job you want completing. The tiler should be able to give you ideas about what tile size to use, what colour grout is best suited to the tile etc.
A perfectionist through and through, I endeavour to achieve the highest finish tailored to your specific budget. With over 22 years experience, I can assist you with a wide variety of plumbing, tiling, bathroom and kitchen fitting needs, from fixing a minor leak to helping you redesign and fit your entire bathroom/Kitchen.
Posted job mid afternoon by 14.45 leaks sorted. Dale was very professional and extremely tidy. Told me exactly what he was doing and fixed the problems. Would definitely call Dale again. Has varied skills which is great.
