Kyle Cummings came to repair our flat roof. What we thought was a successful repair, which we paid £500 for 1-1½hours work, 6 weeks with little rain, first heavy rain, bedroom ceiling still leaking. Kyle came on 7th June, he said it was new leak from chimney, flashing causing rain to run down a joist, £400 paid. No cat ladder used, his mate fell down the roof onto the flat roof, damaging it on the way down, leak 10 times worse. They knew they had damaged it. Making lots of excuses not to return. Don't trust

The tree felling was done to a very high standard. Care was taken to bring down the tree in stages so that no damage was caused to the surroundings. Matt also very kindly gave some advice to me on pruning a couple of other trees, which was much appreciated. There were issues with communications, when our appointment on a previous day was cancelled without informing us. However, they took on board that we were not happy about the no-show and re-arranged for a few days later.

A small cabinet was also added to store our chopping boards this was done cleanly and with great attention to detail. Not a good experience. Quoted £600 to replace 2 pieces of trellis, fix fence posts and do a general garden tidy up. In total he spent 1/2 a day on the job, so very expensive. The garden tidy was ok if cursory. The job on the trellis was unfortunately not adequate. The fence posts weren't secured, so it remained wobbly, leaning to one side, the trellis wasn't on straight and was split in some places by the screws he's used. Less than 3 months later the trellis fell down. He refused to refund for the labour.
