No pressure, we want to give you the time and all the information you need to make your decision! We do not run from a showroom. Our designers work on a flexible basis from home. We have always operated this way, even pre Covid as our company promotes a work life balance for our staff. This means that we do not have the overheads of a showroom and therefore, even though we offer premium quality kitchens, our costs are only 10%- 25% higher than Highstreet kitchen companies. All our consultations are completed in the comfort of your home, at a time to suit your needs. Many of our customers have difficulty visualising their new kitchen. If this, is you, we offer a virtual reality viewing experience where you can see and walk through your new kitchen using our VR headset. We have an installations team who can fully project manage your kitchen, including extensions and building work if you have a larger project. Most of the time I was out at work, he called everyday when he was leaving to update me on progress. Admin terrible, missed first appointment. Made excuses and eventually arrived about 3 weeks late. Covid-19 was the excuse offered for missing second appointment. I had to give source for concrete posts. They worked hard, but the standard of their work is not great when it comes to cutting panels to fit non standard gaps. They are very pleasant on site, but once I paid them in full, bad mistake, they have not replied to my email requesting that they correct problems. It will be simpler to do it myself.
