Although personable, he did an appalling job and left the poor lady with raw sewage leaking and a dreadful smell. She was very distressed for months and it cost over £1800 to put the work right. He has since stopped answering his phone and does not respond to any communication.

I can't recommend Tom highly enough. He's a lovely friendly chap and supremely good at what he does. He put up 4 pairs of new curtains and the poles as well as taking down the old ones. Everything is looking fab and perfectly positioned and the curtain poles will not be coming down in a hurry! Everywhere left spotless too. I'll definitely be in touch the next time I need work doing. Contractors made arrangements to call, arrived on time, they seemed very nice & efficient; however we did not receive a quote as promised, when I queried it; he apologized saying he thought he had emailed me to say it would be late as he had broken his collarbone. Then I received a text saying he wasn't going to quote as he was off sick for 6 weeks, so unfortunately we are unable to rate his work...
