Andrew started promptly and the work has been completed to an excellent standard, he even went above and beyond with a few extra tasks, clearing away the rubble, mess and materials that were in addition to his work from our renovation. Revised review. I originally gave a 1 star review to Bill Osborne(RL Contracts)for the substandard work that he undertook solely. He told me that this review had to be removed for me to receive a partial refund. Which I did. To finish the extension, I have retained the sub contractors that he originally employed as their work has been exemplary. I have spent the past month repeating work that he undertook personally (roofing/plumbing) and am massively out of pocket even with a refund. HENCE THE ONE STAR

This man came out and priced my work. I accepted his price but on the day he was due to start the work he rang me saying his platerers wife was taken into hospital with food poisoning. Never heard from him again.so I am now looking for someone myself to plaster my ceiling.
