AVOID AT ALL COSTS I can't recommend Tom. Previously TH&Jones Ltd he has changed the company name. He has left us with an extension that doesn't meet building regulations and needs to be taken down. Our house unsalable. I have an independent report to support it. Insufficient foundation, no damp course, insufficient insulation, incorrect installation of roof. He said he would rectify if we paid for 'things unquoted' but failed to show exactly what. We haven't heard from him in months. Stay away!!

Mar came to my home and was extremely polite and professional and was very willing to do any garden work I asked him to do. He removed all the turf from my front garden and replaced it with a weed membrane and stone chippings and now it looks amazing. It was all done very quickly. I would recommend Mark for any garden work. I was kept aware of how much everything costs and I paid via bank transfer which was very secure. Excellent Job Mark, Thank you. Kieran and team turned up bang on time and got on with the job straight away. They were very professional, came with all the necessary equipment for the job. They worked hard and efficiently. The garden was very overgrown and untidy, but when they finished it looked lovely. The shrubs and trees were not only cut back, but shaped also. They weeded everywhere, cut the grass and took all the garden waste away which was a lot. A fabulous job and would very definitely recommend.

These builders did turn up and have worked on the chimney. However, I've not received photos of the job they did or received a guarantee as promised. There is damp in the wall still After several attempts to contact them, I've recieved nothing back.
