AF Building&Maintenance Ltd was formed in 2015 by Arek Fleszer, who has 22 years experience in the construction industry. It is a small, friendly and thriving company. We have completed a number of contracts with various multinational and local companies.
Arek gave us a fair quote and worked with us for a suitable start date. Arek, Kris and Gutek were lovely, friendly and polite. Admin terrible, missed first appointment. Made excuses and eventually arrived about 3 weeks late. Covid-19 was the excuse offered for missing second appointment. I had to give source for concrete posts. They worked hard, but the standard of their work is not great when it comes to cutting panels to fit non standard gaps. They are very pleasant on site, but once I paid them in full, bad mistake, they have not replied to my email requesting that they correct problems. It will be simpler to do it myself.

Be very careful with these individuals, as there is a quoted price and the actual price they are really going to charge. As soon as the bathrooms wer ripped out leaks and other problems suddenly arose, adding at least £2000.00 to the bill. The shower pump was positioned under the bath where the only way to get to it was to open up a service hatch above the stairs, otherwise having to remove the bath and damage all the tiles. I paid for a new pump but they fitted one at least 4 years old. There's more......
