Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. We are happy to quote anything, bespoke is my passion. If you can’t get someone to build it, we can! Please feel free to browse photos of my work, I will try upload a little bit of everything. At city maintenanced we have a wide range of skill sets so that home owners can think of any project be it bathroom , outside deck area chimney and wall removal and we can accommodate . We can work within your budget using ideas and experience from the past . We like to start on time finishing on time clean up after completion and most importantly make it a happy non stressful occasion ,lets face it some jobs are quite large so keep the disruption to a minimum

Mark and Lee installed a new bath and shower with associated tiling new lighting and extractor they paid attention to finished detail I am extremely happy with works. Turned up on the date agreed and worked continuously until the work was completed

Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5

Footings , Extensions to Roofing , we recently attended Firestone rubber roofing course and they will insure it for 20 years through ourselves , felt has had it's day ! The job was well divided into separate teams, which allowed the job to move on in a defind way, so that we could follow and understand its progress. Each team were clearly experts in there field. This resulted in the job being completed in a timely manner, considering the weather, and to our complete satisfaction. The job was posted on 22nd July 2025 and Wade Ellis of Ellis Roofing And Building Ltd responded 2 days later. After a survey, I received a quote on 26th July, which was accepted. A skip arrived on 29th July and the work commenced next day. The job was completed on 1st August. The bricklayer and his female trainee assistant got on with the job without any fuss, and they were very pleasant to deal with. The aim of the project has been delivered and I am very happy with the result. I recommend them. 5 stars!
