Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.

Apart from causing £350. worth of damage to my roof and electrics so far and ignoring my emails questioning why they didn't tell me. The job was done quickly and virtually to the agreed specification. Would I recommend them? Probably not just for not coming clean about the damage and not communicating. I had a quote from them for a fence which I was going to take up, also a couple of other jobs to quote for but I am now looking elsewhere.
