Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.

I was over whelmed by the very early start which in this weather I can understand but how quickly this size of tree was removed worked non stop respected my neighbours property and cleared and removed all materials and logs no damage considering the size of tree.. We have over 30 years experience in landscaping and general home improvements, no job to big or small, we provide free quotations and site visits. Customer satisfaction comes first for us every time. All of our work comes guaranteed, we use high quality products, machinery and all work is done in house. We don’t sub contract any work out.
The whole process was a nightmare. We were given a quote by Kieran which we accepted. The job was cancelled 4 times at the last minute on each occasion through a variety of reasons. We tried to re-arrange each time but it was always cancelled. After the 4th time we gave up and cancelled the job as it is frankly too unreliable and we need someone professional. We are now failing to get our deposit back as apparently unused materials cannot be returned. He wants to just dump it on our driveway. Avoid using!
