The quote was better than expected. The builders were very clean and tidy each day. The work was completed despite the weather conditions not being perfect. The finished walls were to a high standard when compared to other nearby residential properties that have been recently pointed. An hour or two before his men were due to arrive he phoned to say that his team were not prepared to do the job without scaffolding and he would send scaffolder to give a price which would be extra to the job. The following day the scaffolder came. I have had no further contact with the company.work still remains not done. I am very disappointed and cannot recommend “Parkview”
