Unfortunately, since leaving a very good rating for Nathan I need to follow it up with a bad rating. After a couple of months, my tenant said the patio he had done was bowing in the middle. I contacted Nathan, explained and sent a video of the problem and he said he would contact my tenant directly to go round there. Basically he never went round there, despite me calling and in the end he blocked me on whatsapp. Since then I have had to get the job done again properly. I retract my original review!

I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. Things with our extension started off well & both brothers could not do enough for us. They helped with the cost of bifold instead of french doors. However, when we were unhappy with a lack of workers they became very obstructive. They use good contractors but do not pay them & they refuse to turn up! A 15 week job took 45 weeks. We have had two leaks from the roof & we are still waiting for the 2nd to be fixed, with no reply as yet!
