Kyle Cummings came to repair our flat roof. What we thought was a successful repair, which we paid £500 for 1-1½hours work, 6 weeks with little rain, first heavy rain, bedroom ceiling still leaking. Kyle came on 7th June, he said it was new leak from chimney, flashing causing rain to run down a joist, £400 paid. No cat ladder used, his mate fell down the roof onto the flat roof, damaging it on the way down, leak 10 times worse. They knew they had damaged it. Making lots of excuses not to return. Don't trust

I this person severed the main electrical cable in my property whilst carrying out work to remove old plaster from the wall overboard and skim Emergency work was carried out by Natiol Grid he has no covered the costly repairs I had to forcibly give one star to get this feedback accepted so it is actually a zero he did not follow health and safety standard by usin a cable and pipe locator resulting in this costly repair. Not a good experience. Quoted £600 to replace 2 pieces of trellis, fix fence posts and do a general garden tidy up. In total he spent 1/2 a day on the job, so very expensive. The garden tidy was ok if cursory. The job on the trellis was unfortunately not adequate. The fence posts weren't secured, so it remained wobbly, leaning to one side, the trellis wasn't on straight and was split in some places by the screws he's used. Less than 3 months later the trellis fell down. He refused to refund for the labour.
