Derrick responded quickly to an urgent request as I had a leak coming through the gable end with water getting behind the flashing as the mortar wasnt in a good condition. I spoke to Derrick in advance who talked me through the process and what to expect with the work (repointing and sealing). The scaffolders arrived early in the morning and had front and back up within two hours. The roofers were very professional and completed all the work to a high standard and in good time. This comprised new dividers, replacing worn tiles and pointing the rear chimney. Also, the bottom two rows of roofing felt needed replacing front and back. The scaffolding was removed as quickly as it went up, and all waste was removed. Overall, the price was very competitive and I was very pleased with the work.
