Amazing service From Alen and his team. His quote beat the competition by far, but without any compromise on the windows. We were only planning to have new wooden double glazed windows for the front of the house, but were actually able to have new windows for the whole house. I found the biggest problem when arranging for work was only about a quarter of tradesmen who I contacted actually wanted to come and look at the job. Then they would give you a quote off the top of their heads with hardly any details. The exception was Metro who gave a full quote detailing exactly what the quote included. Once deal agreed they turned up every day at 8am and carried out the work to a high standard. There were some issues but they were soon resolved without argument. Recommended.

Very unhappy with work completed. Unsafe working practices by team. Roof has more leaks than prior to works starting Damage to asbestos panels Poor workmanship Optimal roofing now ignoring my attempts to contact them. I have had a full house refurb using many contractors and have never experienced anything resembling the appalling standards set by Optimal or their lack of attempt to resolve . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am now 1k out of pocket and will have to pay another contractor to fix damage caused
