A job that at first sight seemed to be completed well turned into a nightmare. My drive was destroyed, weeds coming through everywhere. Despite numerous attempts to contact and fairly resolve I have still not had the issue sorted. I have now employed an established and qualified professional to complete the work. He definitely knew his stuff, and nothing was too much trouble. James also explained about having a rubber roof if I wanted, which at the time never entered my mined. I did go with the rubber roof in the end. James and colleague Dec carried out the work to a very high standard and completed the roof in 2 days. I would truly recommend them ????

All keen to quote within hours of posting the job. Exchanged messages and wanted to book him for a quote. Sent the videos of the pipe as requested and then got deafed. Messaged to ask if it was something he could do or not. He apologised and said he'd review the video and come back to me...that was 24th March...now on 10th April and still not replied. Matthew contacted us re quote for the Fusebox replacement which was accepted. The dates were not right for us but he managed to book us in for the dates that I was available. He came and spent most of the day with no break testing, changing the box retesting and also resolved some issues. Definitely recommend him and use him again.
