I needed gas and electric safety certification, I asked for a quote for all the work needed to meet regulations. I was given a very reasonable quote for a lot of work. Albuosiry replied very quickly at 9pm on a Tuesday night following no power on our 2nd and 3rd floor (shower, boiler, sockets), we arranged for him to visit the following morning at 9am, he was polite, knowledgeable, professional and exceptionally thorough, getting to the root of our problem, which he did after sourcing a part, fixing and revisiting later to check all working. Never know your luck when you've not hired someone previously, but will definitely be keeping Maki Electrical in my contacts.
