Hussein showed up on time, communicated throughout and got the job done. It turned out to be a bigger job than anticipated but he managed to still get everything sorted with minimal delays and has been very easy to deal with, going above and beyond and managed to squeeze us in to his busy schedule for snagging issues. I found the biggest problem when arranging for work was only about a quarter of tradesmen who I contacted actually wanted to come and look at the job. Then they would give you a quote off the top of their heads with hardly any details. The exception was Metro who gave a full quote detailing exactly what the quote included. Once deal agreed they turned up every day at 8am and carried out the work to a high standard. There were some issues but they were soon resolved without argument. Recommended.

Asked for the following jobs to be done: Worktops fitted New sink put in Light sockets changed Skirting board changed in downstairs toilet Worktop is scratched Light socket doesn’t switch the light on Massive hole left in wall. Said he’d return the next day to put right. Didn’t return. I’ve messaged every day since. No reply. DO NOT USE. Reporting to Trading Standards now and taking to small claims court.

After a few days, coming back to the house, the material bubbled so my floor had small marks. So they either didn't air the material out properly with the rack or they have mixed the material for too long that they introduced too much air in the mixing. Just make sure and remind them not to introduce too much air when mixing the material.
