We are very happy to recommend this company.They were excellent and the team were a real pleasure to deal with and have around. They gave a detailed quote and gave good advice helping us stay in budget without losing quality or the end design. They underestimated the number of days the work would take but we were happy to negotiate the cost - no pressure from them to do this, but we could see where the time was spent. Communication was also excellent & they turned up on time every time. Delighted!

Ben gave an honest report about the job and the complications there were, then project managed the process. The job was completed on the day promised despite being let down by other contractors who arrived late. Extremely pleased with the whole process and I was kept informed of what was going on throughout the whole time. I would highly recommend Ben.

Ian was an absolue life saver. He was very quick to respond to our request, gave alternative solutions and then a price within budget. He carried out the work very quickly as required and completed it to a very high standard. He is an excellent tradesman and very knowledgeable with respect to his particular specialism. Vince & Ben were very pleasant, did a professional job at a competative price. They turned up bang on time were very clean & tidy. It was also the 1st time I have had a contractor in my home who even hoovered my dining room floor, and for that reason alone I paid him more than the quoted price. Would definitely have them back!

The only one of six P&D`s to turn up after saying they would do the job for us.( P&B Maintenance were the only Rated People tradesmen who answered our advert and we were not disappointed). They gave me a quote which we felt was acceptable and agreed a start date. Elliot and Charlie came on the day agreed and got on with the job in hand. They worked well during the day and finished the painting job for us. well done. ps. They did not need to have a radio blaring away like some, this was appreciated.

Had PunchLine in to do a number of jobs from hanging new doors, new skirting, new door frames, lots of bespoke work like building wardrobes, building cupboards and the work that was done was to the highest standard. PunchLine were punctual, polite, helpful, highly skilled and I would use them time and time again. Could not recommend these guys enough, hire them and you will not be disappointed.

The sales person, Mark went through everything in meticulous detail. The team who fitted it did it in one day and the price was very reasonable. I was over the moon with this. We have had some bad weather in the last couple of weeks and so far everything seems OK. I would also say the house feels a little warmer already!

I had a few quotes done for the job of converting my workshop into a well-insulated and usable room and although Aeron's actually wasn't the cheapest he was very honest and told me that some of the work I'd requested wasn't actually necessary so he actually saved me money. I have to say with all sincerity that Aeron (and Dave) are by far the best tradesmen I have ever hired. Absolutely outstanding craftsmanship, excellent work ethic, friendly, pleasant and efficient. 100% confidence in recommending.
