Neat and Tidy did a great job of tidying up our garden in a rental property. They gave a quote based on photos and did phone on the day to say that the scope of the job was much bigger than originally thought, so the cost was higher but this did reflect the state of the garden. Pros: Fair and competitive pricing. Work scheduled on short notice and finished quicker than expected. On-site team was professional and courteous. Cons: Needed to follow up to get scaffolding removed. Warranty documents were delayed by over a month despite multiple chases. Gutters were not reinstalled properly causing leaks. Two repair attempts failed and I'm now waiting on a full replacement with no exact date confirmed as yet.

STAY well away from this company. Quoted to fit stair carpet and stair rods. Arrived late and Ryan started to cut the stair rods. Ryan stayed for 3 hours then just walked out with no warning and never came back. I then found out that he cut 8 of the stair rods incorrectly. I advised him of this and he said he would replace. After not responding to my texts I can assume he is not replacing them which has now left me £88.00 out of pocket to replace. Be warned .
