Had a window and front door fitted by Nation Windows. Overall the experience was good. The new fitting has made such a difference to our hallway. When they came to fit the window and door, Sunny and his fitters immediately put down dust sheets. We found them to do a clean job and were very polite throughout. For the first appointment (11am-1pm), they texted after 12pm to say they couldn't arrive before 1pm. For the rescheduled appointment, they did not show up. Do not use these people. Absolutely regret calling Manny. Took hours doing a very simple task. Kept going out to supposedly get tools or supplies and not returning for ages. Didn't give any explanation. Overcharged us a horrendous amount. Originally said £80-£90 then asked for £210. He then accepted £150. Absolutely disgraceful. Pretending that the job is difficult and taking long on purpose. This was a job for my in-laws. Shamelessly taking advantage of elderly people.
