Didn't go ahead because kitchen fitter can also complete building work but felt confident about Can Construction completing job due to their professionalism and efficiency in supplying all information requested. Chris responded to emails without delay and was helpful in giving advice and guidance.

An outstanding trades person. I posted the job in February but had to save up before the work could be done. Phil waited and he did the work for me in June. The weather was very hot but that didn't stop Phil from getting on with the job ,nor did problems he encountered .. He is a problem solver and repaired the problem before finishing his own job and he cleaned up at the end of each day. 5 stars .

We had a room converted into part an en-suite and the other half a utility room. The team was always on time, hard working, friendly and extremely helpful and informative. The team consisted of all the required experienced members and the work was completed on time. We are delighted with the completed job and I have absolutely no problem in recommending Harry and his team. We have already asked for further work to be carried out.

What can one say it took a bit ( looking at the ratings I thought it might take a while as I them to be expected to busy ) But when they got to me they did an amazing job in only around 6 hours , completerly removed flat roof over bay window/ front door with all edgings ect, wonderful job. Poor communication and lack of project management skills and honesty leaves something to be desired of this company. A 4 week job turned into a 16 week job due to the fact that the sub contractor was not released monies to purchase materials although I paid a hefty 30% deposit and further 30% before up to roof level. I would recommend Carl the sub contractor that did the work but wouldn't recommend CM Masonry. The sub contractor did a good job thankfully so the end result is good.

Drainage job completed to my satisfaction and the garden was left in a reasonable state on completion. Not turning up at agreed times and the lack of communication was problematic, but we got there in the end.
