Lee Warburton from Lock Hub made an arrangement to visit for a quote, but never arrived and made no attempt to inform me. I then contacted him to arrange another visit for a quote and once again he never turned up, even though I checked with him the day before to ensure that he would honour the arrangement. Consequently, I find it hard to trust someone who does not meet their obligations .

Kevin and his son were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish providing a very professional service with a fair quote. We were kept informed every step of the way about what the fitting of our skylight entailed. Kevin took photographs of our roof to explain the job before discussing each step. Very clean despite such a messy job. Punctual, arriving early and leaving late. He was always cheerful and extremely hard working in ridiculous temperatures. I could not recommend this company highly enough.

Leon and Ashley did a very good job on my floors. I was unable to move my lounge furniture as for being too heavy. They did it with great care and arranging my room for me once the job was finished. A couple friends visited on Sunday and were amazed with the results Even Bow ( my German Shepherd) noticed the change and kept looking and sniffing at the floor.
