Matthew was easy to communicate with he was honest about the job and not put off by the private lane access - which meant all materials had to come down lane and through the house they were tidy - professional and attention to detail It was also very refreshing to see a trade man that had enough professional ability to only require £250 Deposit to hold date - did not need materials paid up front as he clearly runs a good cash flow company with good trade accounts. Total professional and lovely Gentleman.

CH Carpentry did an excellent job of rebuilding our fairly large deck and we are thrilled by the finished product. They were professional throughout the process and did a particularly good job of making things easy for us and kept us well informed at every stage. Booked for a small job, needed a new hand rail fitted on stairs, replaced two colour end panels in the kitchen and had two wall cabinets fitted. Came out when said to quote and we booked for works to be completed . Pleased with work and would recommend booking.

The sales person, Mark went through everything in meticulous detail. The team who fitted it did it in one day and the price was very reasonable. I was over the moon with this. We have had some bad weather in the last couple of weeks and so far everything seems OK. I would also say the house feels a little warmer already!
