Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. What can one say it took a bit ( looking at the ratings I thought it might take a while as I them to be expected to busy ) But when they got to me they did an amazing job in only around 6 hours , completerly removed flat roof over bay window/ front door with all edgings ect, wonderful job. We had a few jobs that needed doing which had built up - painting, wallpapering, clearing/sealing the block paving, fitting a shower screen etc. Bill was great - he came and priced up and was able to get on with the works quickly. Hi I’m Joe of JAS Property Maintenance and also JSB Bespoke metal and woodwork. I have recently gone back to working on my own but I have been in the building trade since I was young working with family members then to college to pass my brickwork picked up a lot along the way working with many trades which I find makes me unique as I can come in and do most things you may need. Still no reply from this company. I have no paperwork as proof of work done. I will struggle when selling. I cant believe they haven't followed through on after service. They hadn't even packed up- when I was practically frogged marched to the bank where I withdrew £4.500 cash and handed it over to Al... without an exchange of a receipt. still annoyed that the pictures of my house are up on their dashboard. I wouldn't recommend this company at all.
