Marius was outstanding in every respect. We recently bought a house that had engineered oak wood flooring that has been stained in a dark tone. Marius sanded back the floor to the original oak finish across the whole of the downstairs. It completely transformed the floor, was meticulously sanded and beautifully finished. Very unhappy with work completed. Unsafe working practices by team. Roof has more leaks than prior to works starting Damage to asbestos panels Poor workmanship Optimal roofing now ignoring my attempts to contact them. I have had a full house refurb using many contractors and have never experienced anything resembling the appalling standards set by Optimal or their lack of attempt to resolve . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am now 1k out of pocket and will have to pay another contractor to fix damage caused

A small cabinet was also added to store our chopping boards this was done cleanly and with great attention to detail. The adjustment blended seamlessly with the original kitchen cabinets, maintaining the overall look of the kitchen.

Unfortunately, since leaving a very good rating for Nathan I need to follow it up with a bad rating. After a couple of months, my tenant said the patio he had done was bowing in the middle. I contacted Nathan, explained and sent a video of the problem and he said he would contact my tenant directly to go round there. Basically he never went round there, despite me calling and in the end he blocked me on whatsapp. Since then I have had to get the job done again properly. I retract my original review!
