Disappointing services from this company. Tree not cut to ground level as agreed. Fence panels not fitted properly and have already come off. Garden gate with no latch.. Have also caused damage to neighbour's property, but did not agreed to fix them.

Responded well to a request for a chimney repair. Joe came to inspect the job and we had a good discussion about what work was needed and costs. He was also willing to rearrange at short notice the repair day due to poor weather. The standard of work was great and I would recommend.

Responded very quickly and gave me a quote. I particularly liked that they used a drone so that I myself could see what was going on on the roof - both flat and pitched. Pleasant to communicate with also.
They said they would take almost all day, but then announced they'd finished after 90 minutes (allowing for 30 minutes when they went away to buy petrol). They hacked a hydrangea I asked them not to touch, left many weeds and fallen leaves, cut off the tops of shrubs without attempting any shaping, and left one tall shrub untrimmed. Then they charged me £350 for 90 minutes of work by two men and a boy.
