This started out great. Great communication and came to do the job. However after a few weeks the leak in the roof returned. William came to look at the job and tried to get me to pay for me more work. I reminded him I booked him to fix the leak. With the recent heavy rain it has leaked again. I now appear to be blocked.

Alan was a saviour. A different tradesman had made a complete mess of installing our kitchen; we feared the whole kitchen was a right-off. We posted looking for a new fitter to try and rectify as many mistakes as possible. Alan used all his skill and experience to steadily transform the ruined kitchen into exactly what we had envisaged. After a few days, coming back to the house, the material bubbled so my floor had small marks. So they either didn't air the material out properly with the rack or they have mixed the material for too long that they introduced too much air in the mixing. Just make sure and remind them not to introduce too much air when mixing the material.
