The previous review was done under duress with Billy standing over me. The truth is, he disappears for considerable lengths of time (days), leaves equipment behind so you can't hire anyone else, switches his phone off so you can't contact him during this time and has the attitude of a bully. He removed our toilet to fix a blocked pipe but then left it so it wasn't fixed back to the floor properly and moved around, when we were in the process of selling our flat, with surveyors coming round. Not recommended.

Highly recommend Kris! He originally came to sand 15 of our steps, but he was doing such a great job that we asked him to complete the remaining 14 as well. Kris was reliable, punctual, and communicative throughout. He was also really flexible when we needed to pause the work for a few days to host guests, which we really appreciated. We got 6 walls newly plastered. 2 of the walls had unevenness. Very poor workmanship with evidence to back up claims. Adam has paid some money back to us to fix the issue but it should of been done properly in the first place.
