A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. I hired this contractor to install laminate flooring and skirting boards, and I am extremely disappointed with the result. The finish looks amateurish, with visible gaps and poorly cut edges. To make matters worse, the price was initially agreed at £300, but once the work was 'finished,' he demanded £400 without prior notice. Unfortunately, since leaving a very good rating for Nathan I need to follow it up with a bad rating. After a couple of months, my tenant said the patio he had done was bowing in the middle. I contacted Nathan, explained and sent a video of the problem and he said he would contact my tenant directly to go round there. Basically he never went round there, despite me calling and in the end he blocked me on whatsapp. Since then I have had to get the job done again properly. I retract my original review!
