Michael was nothing short of amazing! He was friendly and extremely efficient in the work he did, he took pride in his work asking for it to be checked and ensuring I was happy with it before leaving. We used Anthony and his father to replace all electrical radiators, emergency lighting in our block of flats. From the start I found Anthony easy to deal with and very helpful. The carried out the work to a very high standard and it was genuinely I pleasure dealing with them both. I would have no hesitation in recommending them for electrical work or Im sure I will use them again in the future!

Retracting the previous review I gave on Affordable Repairs. Reason below. Got Ken to repair a leaking roof on the same property, after many attempts, wasted time and ££££ it was clear he was shooting in the dark and has no knowledge in this area. He even turned up at the property once (without being asked) pretended to do some work on the leaking roof, then had the audacity to send me a bill for this! When I refused to pay it he got personal. Lacks integrity. Use at your own risk.

Very nice to work with a tradesman who makes intelligent design solutions, has good communication skills and works neatly. I'm very pleased with Paul's work. Plus he has a charming way of thinking measurements and next steps out loud, and singing along from time to time. Hesitate to give 5 stars as it may mean he's too busy to do more work for me...

I would definitely use Igor again. Positives were: - friendly & helpful - accommodated all our changes - good standard of work - stuck to Budget and I believe he genuinely did everything he could to help make our project affordable - has come back to investigate minor issues even after final payment There were some inevitable delays. Some were entirely our fault though - only improvement for future projects would be earlier warnings if delays foreseen.

Quality workmanship from start to finish by Sergio and his team. The guys were very helpful and obliging to all that was asked. Sergio is very knowledgeable and was always on hand to provide advice and let us know the next steps on the job. We have decided to get Sergio to do the other bathroom as well
