I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials. This company is Totally a waste of time I spoke with a Mr Shane, we booked an appointment for Thursday for him to come and start the job. I took the day off from work and had to arrange for childcare for my 7 month y/o so I could be free tried calling numerous times, days leading up to the appointment no answer left voicemails no response ended up not showing and I have now got to look for an alternative last min have lost money as I cant work and have had to pay for childcare. *Avoid* this tradesman.
