Stewart my work partner and myself Adam, combined have over 60 years experience in the building industry. We run a small friendly team of committed guys that have everyone in mind when it comes to health and safety and maintaining a clean and tidy work site with minimal disruption while works commence. Our primarily trades are carpentry/joinery, bricklaying, plumbing, plastering and landscaping. however Stewart and i alone have served lengthy apprenticeships with our fathers and right from the off have turned our hands to all aspects of the building trade. Most importantly we value our customers criteria and strive to go the extra mile in both keeping to strict rota and maintain the job is not only completed within the time frame but to a high standard. We honour our good reputation of being punctual and polite and most importantly easily approachable combined making it an easy working atmosphere which we feel is vitally important. We are a period/listed property restoration company. We specialise in traditional materials and methods. Often our work is to Identity and rectify damp issues which arise from the use of modern materials on period properties where breathable materials are imperative for the buildings features and characteristics to function. Once the breathability of the property is compromised damp issues will occur. We offer damp assessments for your property with a full report to guide you in the right direction eradicating current and future damp issues. Our assessments cost: £140 including guidance and a full report which details the source(s) of the damp & mould, how to eradicate the issues. - Lime rendering & plastering with horse hair. - Lime pointing. - Masonry repairs. - Paint removal using the Thermatech hot steam cleaning system. - Brick/stone feature walls. - lime wash - Breathable Painting. - lime plaster/render We often work with conservation officers from the authorities to ensure our works are of the highest standards.

If I could give 10 stars for each category I would! I cannot say how happy I am with the finished job and with the clean and tidy way in which it was conducted. Patrick is obviously highly skilled and he works very hard. That said, nothing is too much trouble for this young man, and it's clear that his customer's satisfaction is paramount. I will absolutely be recommending him to all our friends and we have, in fact, already asked him to quote for another job.

Ben’s journey in construction started at an early age. He grew up on construction sites alongside his father, who had a long-standing background in construction and worked directly on government projects. This gave Ben an early understanding of construction that came from being around real projects, real trades and the realities of building. He later studied Architecture, developing a deeper understanding of design, structure and how buildings come together. During this time, his passion for timber and craftsmanship became particularly strong. He discovered that what interested him most was not only designing buildings, but actually creating them. Before establishing NOAH Construction, Ben also gained experience working for leading construction companies, where he was exposed to projects worth millions of pounds and was involved in works with values reaching approximately £10 million. This experience gave him an understanding of the organisation, standards and responsibility required on larger construction projects. NOAH Construction was then established as a way to build something of his own. In just three years, the company has progressed from delivering smaller projects to successfully undertaking works ranging from approximately £50,000 to £1 million in value. Today, Ben combines three important parts of his background: hands-on construction experience from an early age, architectural education, and experience working within larger-scale construction environments. His particular passion remains timber and craftsmanship, but his approach to construction goes beyond one material or trade. The goal is to understand the project as a whole, build it properly and deliver work that he can stand behind.
