Craig got in touch quickly, gave me a rough estimate over the phone and answered all my questions. Surveyor arrived on time, gave instant quote. Price was good. Michael and (another) Craig turned up to do the job on the day, time given. Good, tidy job. Can't fault anything, from start to finish!! Would recommend!

George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. Thanks a lot for your help, guys!
Dmitry
Highly recommend. These guys did a fantastic job of constructing our pergola and decking. Very hardworking and reliable. The job was completed in the time frame agreed and to a very high standard. We would 100% use them again.

My name is Akos, I am originally an architect but I have a company called Zebra Services here in the South of England including South London. I do a lot of things by trade but my favourite occupation and our specialty is roofing, guttering, chimney and decorating, and painting, this includes minor plasterboard work, doors, skirting boards etc. But I wouldd rather have them talk about what others think of us: Akos and his colleague that worked on our house were thorough professionals and took great pride in the work they do. Honest, on time, and always thinking on their customers' behalf. He will be my first call if I have anything else that needs looking into around the house. Ahmed, Putney The work was done thoroughly and within the agreed time. Very polite people, no hanging around on phone calls, cleaning up after the job. A pleasure to have Zebra around. Will definitely use them again when necessary. Christian, East Grinstead Akos did a good job on my summer house. Plus he was punctual, pleasant, hardworking, quick and sensibly priced. What more could one want? Would happily recommend him. Alice, BN7 Akos was excellent from start to finish. He is a perfectionist and a very hard worker. He worked through the rain to complete the job on time. He did excellent repair work on a highly damaged chimney stack and repaired gutters. Would definitely use him again. High-quality work and is a very pleasant man. Christopher, TN21 Akos did an excellent job in very unpleasant conditions and I couldn’t be more pleased with the result. Definitely intend to use Zebra again. Keith, East Grinstead Akos was charming and diligent. His initial inspection was detailed and his subsequent work was quick and neat. I will be using him again Martin, Brighton Akos fixed everything for us. He is an excellent tradesman. Highly recommended. Timothy, RH19 Absolutely brilliant job. Really good fair honest guy and very good workmanship. Will definitely use him again for anything roof/gutter related and would recommend him. James, KT6 Thanks for carrying out such good work in my flat at a reasonable rate. I will definitely have you back again and recommend you to friends and family that are looking to have work done. Thanks again. Clyde, Dartford Akos proved to be a hugely competent craftsman who completed our roof and guttering repair on time and within a reasonable budget. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him. Phil, Forest Row
Very efficient and courteous worked Respectful of our property and cleaned up on completion of the work done.

NML Contracts combines over 60 years of experience in the construction industry. Specialising in bathroom and kitchen transformations, we are experienced in all areas of the industry including office interiors, school washrooms, bespoke receptions, partitioning, tea points, structural alterations, garage conversions, etc .Nigel and Barry Lawrence are descendants of the Lawrence family builders of Maidstone; (R. Lawrence & sons) which began building and contracting in 1903. CSCS cards (Construction safety) and DRB checks held, plus all necessary liability insurances . City and Guilds trained at Bucks University College in cabinet making. Recommendation "We have recently employed NML Contracts to undertake work on our house of a challenging nature and for which the usual jobbing builder and plumber declined to quote. NML Contracts have demonstrated skills and initiative in dealing with the unexpected and produced a thoroughly satisfactory and pleasing result which has materially improved the attractiveness and serviceability of the house . The work included incorporating a porch into the lounge area , requiring an RSJ some 4.4m in length, In the course of construction t was found that the roof was concrete and was supported by the outer skin of the house, whereas the roof of the house was conventional timber and was supported by the inner skin. It was therefore necessary to use the RSJ to support the concrete and provide suitable timber supports for the main roof . This was done most expertly and quickly and was approved by the building inspectors. All energy conservation requirements were fully met . The work also included two en suite bathrooms for which pumped drainage was necessary " Satisfied customer , D.G.W.
We had a porch dismantled and a new exterior door and canopy added. The work was carried out in a timely manner and we were satisfied with the finished work. We would recommend Nigel and his team
