John and the team did an outstanding job. It was easy to work with John and he was very knowledgeable, and provided very sensible advice. Other people quoted work which was over-the-top or wouldn't have solved the problem but John got right to the issue in a no-nonsense way. We hired Tim to replace our guttering on the front of our house - he told us that the fascia’s needed doing too so we trusted him and paid £1000 for the job. Within a few weeks it was clear that something wasn’t right as rain was pouring from the guttering. We had him back out to fix it but it still wasn’t resolved. We arranged 2 more times for him to visit and he didn’t turn up or communicate re. attending. We paid a huge amount and now probably need to hire someone else to come and correct the issue
