Really pleased with the work that these guys did. Quoted on our work, which was accepted and deposit paid. Then four weeks out from the agreed start date, said he'd forgotten to include costs for a full roof replacement (hip to gable extension) so it would be almost £30,000 more than the original price. We could not move forward, and £2,500 of our deposit was not returned to us as steels had already been purchased and cut (but he refused to connect us with the supplier so we could retain these for use in our project).

I really recommend working with Kilani. My job turned out to be much more complicated than expected. It required much more work to put right shoddy work from previous contractor. But Kilani was good to his word, sticking to original price he quoted and going above and beyond to turn what was a total disaster into a lovely useable room.
