He is highly experienced and professional and gives an honest assessment of what work needs to be done, saving time effort and money in the long run. He and his team completed the required work in a reasonable times scale and to a high standard. As a result, I have further engaged his services on a rental property that I own in the same city. Sergiu is a true expert: precise, detail-oriented and equipped with professional tools. He was on site daily, took full ownership and can handle any job. He renovated a bathroom: boarded the staircase slope, plastered, tiled, updated electrics and fitted all sanitary ware. He levelled and laid the wooden floor, fitted skirting boards, installed 7 sliding pocket door systems with oak doors, and adjusted radiators/plumbing. Outstanding workmanship and quality. Highly recommended.
