Didn't go ahead because kitchen fitter can also complete building work but felt confident about Can Construction completing job due to their professionalism and efficiency in supplying all information requested. Spartan Construction is a new Business formed by an experienced workforce. We cover North West England but focus mainly in Lancashire and Cumbria.
Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5

The scaffolders arrived early in the morning and had front and back up within two hours. The roofers were very professional and completed all the work to a high standard and in good time. This comprised new dividers, replacing worn tiles and pointing the rear chimney. Also, the bottom two rows of roofing felt needed replacing front and back. The scaffolding was removed as quickly as it went up, and all waste was removed. Overall, the price was very competitive and I was very pleased with the work.
