It's that time of year.roofing guttering and repair. I have 28 years experience in the building trade. I started out training as a stonemason which lead to general building and am qualified in both. We were very pleased with the efforts of CLP to come and check the job that needed doing. Then Cain fixed where he thought the problem was. So far there hasn’t been any water sip through the windows but we’ll have to wait for the stormy weather to actually say “yes!”, the job is finished ????

I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems

Posted job yesterday evening after seeing 2 holes in the back of the roof, lots, of light coming through. Had call from LC Roofing very soon after post, made no arrangement but this am Jonathan phoned. He and his mate were up on the roof about lunchtime. They fixed the slates, checked roof, found another 2 loose slates. Found loose down pipe which we can sort easily. Roof is 97 years old. Knowledgeable, pleasant guys in very good shape to handle and get up ladder. Would contact again. Happy with price.
